BOOKINGSCHEDULE

Dear guests,

SwedCottages ( Södra Sverige Turist Service HB) rents out cottages in the south of Småland in the south of Sweden. We do not use an on-line bookingssystem, that's why we can offer our cottages and houses much cheaper than other outletters.

We offer personalized service via Email or telephone contact. That means straightforward bookings and short lines of communication.

IF YOU WANT TO BOOK A  COTTAGE:

the procedure is like this:

Please send us an Email ( info@swedcottages.se ) with:

-   Name of the House / Cottage

-   Period of rent.

-   Name

-   Full adress

-   Telephone number

-   Mobile telephone number.

-   How many people  (adults and children).

-   Do you want to rent a (motor)boat?  ( only if that is possible at the cottage)

Based on this information we make a rental contract and send it by Email.

Then: Please sign and return the contract to us (by using Email or normal post) within 7 days and please pay 15% of the rent within 7 days. 

The rest of the rent is to be payed not later than two months before arrival.

In the contract you will find the details about payment.

You may pay in Euros.

After every payment and the receipt of the signed contract you get our confirmation

The road description, and details about the owner of the house will be sent after the final payment.

PRICE:

All the prices are prices per week. Normally we rent out only from saturday until saturday. But exceptions are possible.

The price per day is calculated as the ' weekprice / 5 '

BEDLINEN AND TOWELS:

Please take your bedlinen and towels ( sometimes it is possible to rent them, you can read this on our homepage, in the description of the house )

CLEANING OF THE HOUSE:

It's important that you clean to house properly before you depart  ( sometimes it is possible to buy a cleaning, you can read this on our homepage, in the description of the house )

ELECTRICITY, WATER AND FIREWOOD:

Electricity, water and firewood are during the highseaon mosly included in the rent ( you can read this on our homepage, in the description of the house ).

FISHING LICENSE:

Fishing licenses for the lakes can be bought online on https://www.ifiske.se

SEASON:

HS = High Season (Week 23 - 35)

LS = Low Season Week 1 - 22 , 36 - 52 )

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:

Check-IN Saturday 15.00h

Check-OUT Saturday 11.00h
