A cottage situated in beautiful area, which is an eldorado for anglers, nature lovers and the one who is seeking for peace and quite. Here you can enjoy an active and relaxing holiday. Kvarnstugan is a well-equipped house with fire place, micro wave, washing machine, TV and statellite (Astra).

The house is a typical “smålandstorp”, red with white corners. This house has two floors and a minor basement (with a washing machine). On the second floor there are two bed rooms with two beds in each room. To notice that the staircase up and the bedrooms and also the kitchen have a low roof (2 metres). From the kitchen and one of the bedrooms you have a view over the lake.

The house lies in peaceful surroundings with view over meadows, trees and the lake. The house is situated beside the house Almen (the big green house) with a smaller road between the houses. The distance between both houses is so little that you can travel together and live separate. The distance to the house S5U Linden is 600m.

There is a storehouse where you can keep your boots, fishing equipment etc.

Behind the house in the forests there is a windmill from the 1890’s and it has been preserved in a very good condition.

Its only 300m to the big lake Åsnen. Åsnen is one of biggest fishinglakes in South Sweden. Here you can fish pike, perch, pike-perch and eel. It is only 1,5 km to the nearest bigger sand beach. To the lake there are gravel roads so you can go by car or walk. from the walking trails there is a fantastic view over the lake. Its also possible to take a simple bath.  Arrival preferably on Saturdays. Individual nights can be booked if it is possible.
