Strandhuset is beautifully situated at the lake Åsnen, surrounded by forest. With access to own boatplace and bathingplace you feel private here. The area is a paradise for sportfishing and nature lovers.

Lake Åsnen is one of biggest fishinglakes in South Sweden. Here you can fish pike, perch, pike-perch and eel. Next to the Strandhuset is the newly built guesthouse "Utsikten" . Strandhuset is designed for 6 people. It is possible to rent the guest house "Utsikten".

At a close distance you will find a fruit plantation, open meadows and a forest. There are nice walking trails with beautiful views over the lake Åsnen.

The house is about 72m2 . In the house you'll find a nice livingroom with:

An open fireplace for a cozy atmosphere.

Dinner table for 6 persons. 4 armchairs and a sofa ( 2 Beds )

Smart TV which is connected to the internet

WIFI Internet available (100/10 Mbits) which costs 200 SEK p week

A newly renovated kitchen with dishwasher,  electric heating, freezer / fridge and waterboiler and coffee maker and a micro-oven.

Sleeproom 1 with 2 box spring beds.

In the livingroom there is a sofa bed where two persons can sleep, the altenative is an extra bed for a possible sixth person.

Please take your own sheets and towels or rent them at the owner.

On the terrace is gardenfurniture.

It is possible to rent one or more boats with or without a motor. Canoes can be rented.

Guesthouse "Utsikten"

The guesthouse "Utsikten" can be rented along with Strandhuset. A good solution if some of the residents wants some privacy. "Utsikten" is a newly built guest house in high quality. Elevated position on a cliff with great views of the lake. Large terrace for socializing. Good comfort with small kitchen , toilet, hot and cold water and outside shower . Sofa bed in good quality for 1-2 persons . BBQ and outdoor furniture . "Utsikten" can only be rented together with the Beach House. 50 meters between houses .

• There are Aluminium boats Linder 440, Ryds plastic boats (4.6 m),  Ryds plastic boats (4.2 m).

• Engines for the boat can be rented. There are 4 HP and 2.6 HP engines.

• Warm and cold water from own deep drill well. Good drinking water

• No pets allowed.

• No smoking indoors.

• Fishing license is for sale.
